5K Walking & Nordic Walking

Walking is a particularly joint-friendly form of running in which one foot always remains in contact with the ground. Nordic Walking also uses poles to provide an extra push through the upper body.

5K Walking & Nordic Walking: 3:10 pm

TIME LIMIT:
The time limit is 1:25 h from crossing the start.
(There is NO timekeeping for this event)

REGISTRATION PERIODE:
January 2nd to May 1st, 2025 (as long as the participation limit has not been reached)

ELIGIBILITY:
only women in the age group 2015 and older

PARTICIPATION FEE:
